happy bmo push day!

the following changes have been pushed to bugzilla.mozilla.org:

• [791000] Orange Factor integration should only pull data from trunk
• [778731] Add NEEDINFO flag
• [792007] Make Profanivore case insensitive
• [791989] FlagDefaultRequestee link shouldn’t be visible if a default requestee has not be specified

this update adds a “need-info” flag, which provides a way to easily set a flag which is automatically cleared when the appropriate person adds a comment.

need-info is currently enabled on the Firefox::Untriaged component only; file a bug if you would like it enabled on other products and/or components.
